CUSTOMER PROPRIETARY NETWORK INFORMATION

This communication is provided in accordance with Federal Communication Commission regulations. Customer Proprietary Network Information or CPNI is information that TPT SpeedConnect and other telecommunications carriers obtain when providing your telecommunications services to you. CPNI relates to the quantity, technical configuration, type, destination, location, and amount of use of a telecommunications service, as well as information contained in bills pertaining telephone service.

We may use your CPNI to offer you additional services of the type you already purchase from us, including products and services, packages, discounts, and promotions. TPT SpeedConnect does not sell CPNI to unaffiliated third parties.

If you elect to let TPT SpeedConnect use confidential service-related information for this purpose, we may also share the information with our TPT SpeedConnect affiliates, agents, or other related entities for the limited purpose of providing you with the most efficient and beneficial communications services possible and only after confidentiality conditions are in place.

TPT. SpeedConnect is required by federal law to protect the confidentiality of CPNI. We employ policies and technological security measures to safeguard the CPNI of our customers.

You have the right to restrict TPT SpeedConnect’s use of your CPNI. Your decision to restrict our use of CPNI will not affect the service(s) you receive from SpeedConnect. If you wish to restrict TPT SpeedConnect’s use of your CPNI, please notify TPT SpeedConnect via USPS or via email at the addresses below. You may change your decision at any time. Any decision to approve or disapprove use of CPNI remains valid until you affirmatively change your approval status.
